Batang Yagit for Philippine Blog Awards

For those who doesn’t know, the Philippine Blog Awards 2008 has started and the awarding night is fast approaching too. The Philippine Blog Awards is an annual event that aims to recognize notable Filipino-owned blogs in their different categories. My blog was actually nominated for the Personal Blog category. =)

Aside from the blog winners in their specific categories, there is a special category which is the Blogger’s Choice Award which is decided by votes. The best part is by voting, you don’t only support your favorite blog but you also get a chance to win a brand new Nokia N82. The catch is you need to be a fellow Filipino blogger to vote! =)

My Vote goes to Batang Yagit

I know a lot of bloggers that were nominated for the award and a lot of them are my friends but my vote clearly goes to Batang Yagit. Why you say? Well, first of all, I know Batang Yagit personally and I can really say that he is not as Yagit as he claims to be. Haha. On the contrary, he is very professional just like his blog.

Also, I consider the blog’s brandability very important. And I think the Batang Yagit brand speaks for itself. It’s fun, comic and easy to remember. Actually, its not really easy to remember but it’s hard to forget! Haha. =)

Aside from the cool blog, the blogger is where Batang Yagit excels. He is a witty and hardworking programmer which is great in his craft. Very friendly and loves to eat but still stays in shape! Haha. Really great guy so you should definitely vote for him now! =)
