Run Your Own Google Adsense

Hi, I made this tutorial pretty simple and it is intended for those new to Google Adsense. Let me summarize it for you with some screenshots just to let you see some of the configurations.

First of all you need to have your own site. Where else would you show the Google ads?

Next Step:

Its very easy, just fill up their sign up form and wait for the approval. As long as your site doesn’t break any rules, the approval woudn’t take long.

After you have been approved, you may now log-in to your Google Adsense account.

There are 3 kinds of Google ads:
1. Adsense for Content
2. Adsense for Search
3. Referrals

Choose Adsense for Content, as this will display relevant ads in your site. In other words, the ads shown in your website will depend on what contents you have. Cool isn’t it?

Next step would be to choose your Ad Format. This would depend on where you want to put your ads. Say, in my case, I’m using the 468 x 60 Horizontal Banner because I display my ads in a minimal horizontal space.

Next would be to choose the color combination of your ads. It would be better to change your ads’ color to fit your site’s theme, so that It may blend it with your site.

Google provides a preview so that you can see what your ad would look like in a different color scheme.

After the configurations, Google automatically gives you the code for the ads. Just copy and paste it to your website.

And there you have it. You’ve successfully installed your own Google Adsense. Just drive in the traffic and you can start earning a suitable amount of income from it.
