Indeed, theres still no stocks of iPhone at the Ayala branch iStore. I wasn't able to one myself. There are people in Manila that knows how to hack the iPhone to make it open line but I don't know anybody from Cebu. I would suggest you buy an already hacked iPhone (usable with the local networks like Smart and Globe) instead of buying the US iPhone and converting it here.
